Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the seaside and the railway station, making it perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are a bit dated and small, but our bed was surprisingly comfortable. The service was friendly and helpful, with a mix-up over parking, but they checked us in early which was a nice touch. The dining experience was average with overcrowding at times, and the facilities were basic but functional.
I stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights and it was a nice experience overall. The central location was really convenient, just a short walk from the beach and close to the train station. The friendly service and cleanliness were standouts, although the room view was a bit of a letdown.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was tiny and had a broken air conditioner, but it was nicely furnished and had a warm ambiance. The breakfast was good, and the hotel offered convenient parking in central Rapallo. The service was exceptional overall, with very friendly staff willing to share information about Rapallo and other Ligurian attractions, although the welcome service at the reception by an older staff member was subpar. The location didn't fit my scooter but was great for exploring Rapallo, Liguria, as it was close to Portofino and Camogli, providing easy access to the town and seafront promenade. The dining experience at the hotel was basic, with limited variety, making me consider going elsewhere for a proper meal. Nonetheless, the hotel was close to the center and offered Iberian products in its small restaurant.
